5 St Philips - Nilupa Yasmin

Working closely with Graphicks creative agency, CM Photo Video were tasked with creating a series of videos to showcase the redevelopment work undertaken at 5 St Philips in Birmingham.

In this video, local artist Nilupa Yasmin talks us through her installation in the building reception, as well as her creative approach inspired by the local community. Combined with footage of the completed renovation and local area, this video acts as a powerful marketing tool to attract potential occupiers.
